Michael Simpson

While reflecting over 17 years in various roles of
management, and executive level marketing/strategy, I
realized that my greatest joy and passion was helping
individuals and organizations reach their potential. With great
joy, I saw many of my former employees as respected leaders in
companies like Microsoft, Google, UPS, Mannheim, Sage
Software, as well as successful business owners.

Certainly, I cannot take credit for their success; after all, they
were hired because of existing potential. But it was wonderful
to think that I might have played a small part in their
development.

So, since 2002, I've been coaching and consulting in the U.S. and
Russia, and never more pleased with my life.
